Marland Law Principal, Tom Marland addressed the public hearing inquiry into Vegetation Management (Reinstatement) and Other Legislation Ammendment Bill in Bundaberg on Wednesday 1 June 2016.

The Vegetation Management Act should not be about trees. It is actually about food, and the people who produce the food need the flexibility and the ability to manage the vegetation on their lands to produce that food.
