Queensland Government may be liable for $150m

Tom Marland spoke about the Supreme Court decision to order Linc Energy’s liquidator to hand over insurance documents to Marland Law.

If we’re unable to find any fruit in relation to the insurance policies, we’ll just endeavour to continue our action against the State Government. I’m concerned about the probity of the State Government granting licences and not requiring that the conditions be complied and met with.
